I took a package at Allure Salon which included 5 services namely manicure, pedicure, cleanup, hair spa and arms waxing. 1. Pedicure was not at all good . The person just rushed with the pedicure and merely did any massage. He didn’t even remove my nailpaint properly ,even after being asked for repeatedly. 2. Manicure- i had a very bad experience with manicure as well. During manicure and at the end, the girl used a towel to wipe the arms and hands which was full of small hair strands. And hair was all over my arms. When i asked her what is this, she said its the fabric of the towel itself whereas it was small and trimmed hair strands all over my arms and hands. Later she accepted and changed the towel. It was so bad and felt so gross. I ended up not taking their last service viz. cleanup, in the package i took because I was so unhappy with the services they provided. Overall, my experience was very bad with Allure salon, sector-19, Chandigarh.
