charged double the money we initially talked about, charged 200 for a 2 minute massage, cut my hair shorter than i said, facial lasted 10minutes which was worth 1k, WORST SALON EVER DONT VISIT!!!!!

No hygiene at all! There was a lot of hair clogged in the shampoo station chair yuck! Went to get manicure pedicure done and hair wash too but post seeing the hygiene of the chair I dropped my haircut then n there and about the manicure pedicure the vessels used were not even washed, the tub for the legs it was dirty af! They didn’t even do the pedicure properly no shaping of nails no cleaning of nails. Pathetic experience overall. Definitely not recommended

Staff behavior was very good my make-up was good....... But not professional....My eyelashes were not well...even after 3 days the glue that was applied is still on my eyes, it is not coming off...it is jammed....... eyes wound up.. Please improve your service... He gives as much service as he gets to the customer or according to that...so that he can come again...this is not just once...

I went to this salon for hair smoothening and color and it was the biggest mistake. They totally burnt my hair and now i have to think twice before even touching it..my hair become worsen than before treatment..and owner of salon without giving any concern about the damage they caused to my hair..was insisting pn giving payment for the treatment they done..i was surprised at the services they give..n doubt for small services like facial n all it may be good..but for hair treatments i would not recomend this salon…very bad bad service

This is the best ever salon in Chandigarh. Gives good vibes and the staff is very polite and friendly. I got my silk treatment done from here and had a really great experience. It was worth every penny.
