Hi I took keratin treatment from mallika makeovers i.e. strands zirakpur for 2500 rs. My experience was so so bad here. Keratin treatment is a long process. They didnt even ask for a glass of water also their manager the lady mallika was being offered tea, water everything in front of me. Such a shame on the name of strands. Also the keratin I took, it started to wash away in first wash. And today was my second wash. 90% of it is completely washed even after using so expensive shampoos and conditioner of the same brand defab I doubt if they used original products on my hair. Also the salon seemed to be so unhygienic. One suggestion to the lady sjne swarne k jagah customers pr b dhyan de to better hoga. Aisa lag rha tha salon khud k liye hi khola hai customer k liye nai. Atleast ek paani hi offer krdiya kro. Sheer wastage of 2500. I do not recommend this salon for keratin treatment atleast.

The receptionist Named Malika,is not at all good with customers.she doesnt knows how to handle and deal with clients .Moreover the towels are stinking and still you have no alternate but get your hair washed and used that dirty and stinking towels.The water is served in bad quality glasess in which you wont feel like drinking water.On top of that The receptionist Malika has issues and comes and points on to stop discussing the same as it impacts her BUSINESS
,
when we discuss about the entire stuff relating to the environment and the unhyginic towels and other brushes.
Had i got the option of giving Negative stars and review I would have given that too for such a pathetic client dealing.

This outlet shouldn't exist in the service industry. Their staff is one of the most rude, ill mannered & unprofessional beings one can ever come across. I had gone for a beard trim and instead of listening to what i want, the person (Asif) started trimming left right & centre without paying a heed to my words. And when i asked him to stop and listen to me, he directly asked me to leave. I was dumbstruck. Did i hear him correct! On confronting his words, he bounced on me with much louder voice and came after my life. With no owner or manager around, their other staff members also didn't come forward to impart some sense into this person. No wonder their outlet had no other customer and i wish it remains the same way untill they change their staff! The most unacceptable thing in a service industry is to ill treat your customer which was very well done in this salon. I would like the management to pull out the cctv footage of around 1PM today (29th March) and see for themselves what an amazing staff they have!
For the management: I deeply wish that this unapologetic man, Mr. Asif, gets expelled from your outlet and rather also not be hired by anyone in any service industry ever again so that no other customer gets treated the way i was today.
For other beings seeking salon services: Please refrain from getting any service done from this outlet. Aapki izzat aapke haath. Go to any any any outlet but not this.

Not worth your money. Giving two stars only for polite behaviour of staff. No ambience..No good stuff. Had to shell out nearabout 2000 rupees for a simple hair spa and their so called papaya facial which was just a normal nature's facial kit worth 600 only. In such big amount you could have services in much reputed salons like Cleopatra or headmaster etc. Their buy one get one policy is just a fraud. They will drain your money in any way.i will never go there again.
