I took my head to toe service and while doing the manicure the staff member injured my skin so badly that blood oozed out. Rather than neutralizing the situation she shouted on me. They charged me for that pedicure as well. They had no empathy for the customer condition.

I've been going to Glam Zone sector 35 for over three years now. And I've noticed an improvement in the quality of my hair. Due to Surjeet’s advice, I have been colouring my hair every 1.5 months (due to grey hairs) for the past three years. I have never felt the need to switch salons. My hair's texture had improved thanks to him. Everyone should go to Glam Zone Sector 35 for any hair services. The staff is really friendly and takes good care of you. And during my three years of experience, I didn't have to wait for an appointment.

worst experience ever. I went there to have my hair dyed and they did a terrible job. My hair is orange at the roots and black at the ends (the colour i asked for was a coppery blonde) Surjeet genuinely doesn’t know how to do his job since i have like 3 colours in my hair right now. I hate it and im going to consult another hair dresser for fixing my roots and this problem. In a nutshell : DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DYED A LIGHTER SHADE FROM THIS SALON. The employees should at least know that the colour applied on the roots should be of a lesser level to avoid hot roots and overdeveloped roots but alas🤷🏻♀️

Staff is well behaved and also the service you want , they do it with with full effort. Easy to spot in the inner market of sector 35. Near to Katani dhaba
