Today I visited Kaaloas saloon for the first time and really had an amazing and excellent experience for all my head to toe services..The staff members Shallu & Kiran were really polite and had great knowledge of their work..I found the prices really competitive and the owners were very humble and helpful.Definitely recommend this saloon.

I'm impressed with the work of Kiran, she actually transformed me.
Seema Ma'am was so friendly and supportive towards entire process...
it made me so blessed to be in salon at new place.

I’ve got my bridal makeup and pre wedding services. I would say it’s really worth it.
Am very satisfied with the services especially bridal makeup done by Kiran. She is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. Thank you so much team.

Went for a haircut, keratin tmt n hair colour. Needed a long haircut with a hair colour which I chose from their catalogue n shown a pic from net.
Stylist Sunny did a worse hair cut which shwd diff shapes n both sides. He chopped a good length which I initially warned tht I want a long cut.
Then he applied a diff color n style was way different.
He was telling me tht it will be fine after blow dry.@ I had a shock jus aftr hair wash itself.
To get a bare decent look I had to sit their for 7hrs with a lap baby without feeding him or myself.
Application was done 3 times.
Was not ready to accept mistake n was trying to convince d customer tht d color he chose was right n he s perfect by all means.
Very poor customer service. Pic of color I chose is attached n explanation was tht it's edited pic.....
