Very unprofessional and greedy behaviour. First they will let you wait then they will ask that staff has gone to their native place. So come afterwards. When you will come back they will say staff is on the way back so come after one hour. As i am also a working professional when I went on the day of expiry of my package the lady said on the phone your card is expired so get a new package and wait for me. I have never seen such an uncourteous and rude behaviour. They will not value your time and deny you services as and when suits to them.👎
I had a package of this salon and it's value for money is below average. As soon as my package was about to expire, they stopped paying attention. I kept waiting at the reception for my turn, and other people who came after me were provided services. Also- Behaviour of staff/owner- Poor Services- Poor Product Quality- Below average They know how to make a fool out of the customers by selling packages and later on denying from providing the services. Every single time I visited this salon, some or the other customers were fighting/complaining about their services.
Best salon in tricity , owner is very humble and our entire family love their services. Best salon coupons I never seen such services .
